Staff at Glasswells World of Furniture in Bury St. Edmunds were tinted pink on Friday, raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness.

On Friday 26th October all staff at the Bury store donated £2 for the privilege of contributing to the Wear It Pink day and wore at least one item of pink clothing for the day. Any member of staff who forgot or didn’t participate was fined.

In total the store raised £155.64 for the charity. Robert Hawkins, Sales Director at the World of Furniture commented, “This is something we do every year and like to do everything we can to raise awareness of, and contribute to the charity.”
